Description

Clamp for a 25 mm pole or handlebar (+/- 2 mm) with an M5 hex nut slot for clamping, and with a dovetail opening for accessories.

The Ball-Socket for a flashlight of 17-19 mm diameter is the included attachable accessory, with an M5 hex nut slot to secure the position of the ball.

The Clamp hinges open to attach to a pole or handlebar. The Clamp is secured with an M5 knob (not included), for example the GoPro Knob by qulix (pictured): https://makerworld.com/en/models/708639#profileId-752748

The included Ball-Socket attaches into the Clamp's dovetail slot, which is straight on the Ball-Socket but has a 1 degree taper on the Clamp to firmly hold the accessory.

Note: The dovetail connection might be a bit tight the first few times you add an accessory, but it wears in after a few tries and holds well.

I printed the parts in PETG, except for the knobs for the M5 hex head screws which is PLA.

You need hardware:

  • 2 M5 nuts
  • 2 M5x20 hex head screws
