Rugged box for Bambu Filament Swachtes. All 80 pieces fit exactly into the holder or you can print them out yourself. The file for a sample is included

Print with 0.2mm layer, 15% infill.

the only thing you need are six M3x30 screws.

You simply screw it into the hole provided as shown in the instructions in the picture

I really like this box, but this design element on the back latch that requires it to print with supports ruins the entire top. Is it possible to remove that little fillet and just make that latch area flat, or to increase it so that it sits flush with the lid?

I got the same thing with one I just printed. had support enabled but it's adhered so well to the flange that it's impossible to get off cleanly. Im doing another one now with support interface material to see if that helps. I know it's my OCD driving it, but otherwise the print was so perfect that it just sticks out like a sort thumb. [edit] yep, the PLA support material was the solution. you do need to add some support blockers, block the latch side of the lid entirely, then either side of the flange itself. could also add a floating block to prevent the slicer building support through the hinge hole, I missed that and it cost me a few additional filament switches.

Awesome storage box for when the swatch set I ordered arrives. Printed a second one for some of the other non-bambu filaments I currently have. Aslo sliced off then added text to the storage part for numerical indexing with a sheet I printed off.
