Filament swatch box with selector

This filament box helps to select specific swatch from Bambu Filament Swatches set. One box contain 20 swatches, it's possible to print base for 4 boxes, so it can hold all 80 swatches.

No need of any other hardware

All parts are printed, so you don't need any other hardware, bearings or screws.

Used material

I printed my box using PLA Matte, but for internal parts of selector and raiser i recommand use some smooth materiel. I used PLA Basic, so all parts slide smooth and easy.

Selector mechanism

Mechanism of selector is easy, but very clever. When you choose group of swatches by sliding to side, you can pick exactly one in the middle and rise it up to get better access to specific swatch.

Construction

First attach pin to arm and make sure it can spin easily. It's hardest part of mechanism to print it with good tolerance, but still strong and rigid.

Then place arm with pin to slider form the bottom and attach button on arm from the top.

Now you can slide it to the box and attach sides and holder.
