Looks really good, but isn’t as secure as the AAA version. A light shake and the AA batteries come right out.

Thank you for pointing that out, I need to improve the design

I wonder if that's to do with the GITD filament? I have it printed in PLA and no matter how much I shake (or the angle shaken) they cells are not accidentally coming out.

try this - also similar to powerpax and batteries should be tight there. Problem is that batteries are thinner than accus but you can try https://makerworld.com/en/models/794441#profileId-733361

unfortunately the 2AA version does not seem to print without some sort of collision with the printhead after 77%. I have printed it three times and the print is knocked off at the exact same point in time causing a spaghetti failure with the X1C using Bambu yellow Basic PLA.

Thanks for your comments. I printed with 10mm outer brim, try it, it should be ok.

Thank you, I was able to print the 2 AAA model without a brim but maybe that was just luck? I will give the 10mm outer brim a try and report back.
