Description

A replacement Link for the Bambu P1S Cable Chain.

My Cable Chain ended up getting coiled and snapped a link. So, I whipped up a model of the broken link so that I could print the model and repair the Cable Chain.

If you are in the same situation, instead of holding the broken Cable Chain out of the way for the entire duration of the print, I would recommend that you cut of a length of filament and run it across the top of the printer but under the cable and Filament Tube, taping both ends of the filament down on opposite outside sides of the printer. That's how I kept my cable and Filament Tube from drooping down onto the bed while I printed this replacement part.

I would also recommend printing out some Cable Chain Clips. There are plenty of models for those out there that you can search up. But the reason my Cable Chain got tangled in the first place was because the Filament Tube had slipped too far through the singular Cable Clip that the printer comes with, allowing its excess length to get snagged. So having a few more clips to keep it in line should help prevent this sort of thing from happening again/as often.

Hope this helps!
