I have this set to use the 0.4mm nozzle with a .28mm layer height. This prints three layers of colour so the colours turn out nice and saturated and minimize waste. After the colour, there's one solid black layer, a bunch of infill, and four final solid layers for the back for strength with the back pattern set to Hilbert Curve for a nice texture. There are two holes in the back to hang the display on hooks if you would like. Printing with supports is not recommended, since they're a pain to remove from inside the hook hole.

This model has been flipped face down on the print bed so the surface texture from the PEI plate gives it a nice textured surface! All the different pieces of the model are there if you want to play around with it. There is one black ‘back’ piece, which is perfectly aligned to the rest of the model. This causes the back to appear yellow and in older versions of bambu studio, some flickering in the viewport when moving around, but it disappears after slicing. If you modify the settings of that piece, it will affect the infill settings, so if you want to save a little filament, feel free to adjust it there!

I made some changes to the first layer and first layer infill speeds, reducing them both by about half. This increases the print time for the first layer, but increases the bed adhesion and print quality a bit. If you find that the first layer is printing too slow for your liking, feel free to reset them both back to default settings in the speed tab.

If you want some extra crisp details, you can try printing with the 0.2mm nozzle, but I didn't think the increased print time was really worth the extra quality. It's definitely noticeable, but I didn't think the tradeoff was there. Feel free to experiment and try it yourself!

If you don't want to mount it to your wall, I've included a simple stand that's sized exactly to the size of the poster so it can sit cleanly on your desk or in your collector's display. I would print it in the same Silver PLA as the rest of the model, so it blends together nicely when displayed.

If you notice any settings that could be changed or improved, please let me know! I'd love to make any adjustments necessary so they all print great! If there's any other packs or characters you want to see, leave a comment!

This print works REALLY well with Holographic plates! I've included a special print profile specifically for holo plates, since they require some different settings to look their best.
