All models have been test printed on the A1 Mini with the AMS Lite!

I have this set to use the 0.4mm nozzle with a .28mm layer height. This prints three layers of colour so the colours turn out nice and saturated and minimize waste. After the colour, there's one solid black layer, three layers of infill, and four final solid layers for the back for strength with the back pattern set to Hilbert Curve for a nice texture. There is a small hole in each model which is just large enough to fit a 1mm keychain jump ring. If you find it too small, take a small drill bit to the hole to add an extra bit of wiggle room.

I purchased my keychain set from Amazon if you'd like to get something similar!

All models have been flipped face down on the print bed so the surface texture from the PEI plate gives them a nice textured surface! All the different pieces of the models are there if you want to play around with it. There is one black ‘back’ piece in each keychain, which is perfectly aligned to the rest of the model. This causes some flickering in the viewport when moving around, but it disappears after slicing. If you modify the settings of that piece, it will affect the infill settings, so if you want to save a little filament, feel free to adjust it there!

If you want some extra crisp pixels, you can try printing these with the 0.2mm nozzle, but I didn't think the increased print time was really worth the extra quality. It's definitely noticeable, but I didn't think the tradeoff was there. Feel free to experiment and try it yourself!

This is my first time uploading a model set to Makerworld, so if you notice any settings that could be changed or improved, please let me know! I'd love to make any adjustments necessary so they all print their very best!

I loved how the charizard one turned out. However, I might not have enough bed adhesion to print the keychain in the default orientation (as there are some tiny pixels). In the picture here, I printed the black layers first to create a base to anchor the small pixels.

That turned out pretty well! I haven't had bed adhesion issues at all, but make sure you slow down that first layer and that your print bed has been cleaned with dawn dish soap really well. That should do the trick :D

I printed it in white PLA to paint it later instead of using multi colour printing. I think the print itself turned out great. I used 166% speed, it was done in about 20 minutes!

Cool! If you do print in colour, make sure you keep the speed slow to get a good first layer :D

Looks like there was some first layer adhesion issues with the white area on his belly, eh? I've had that happen in some of my test prints, and they were solved by making sure the print bed was freshly cleaned before printing. I use Dawn dish soap and a scrub brush and that really helped! Let me know if that does the trick for you!
