I made some stacked rectangle earrings a while ago (which I just shared here: https://makerworld.com/en/models/69908) and I thought they were nice, but I wanted to see what more I could do with them.
I tried to do different colored tulles between the various layers, but they were so hard to trim because they were so close to each other. I kind of gave up on them until 3dHuman shared a version of my bat wing earrings where they used the infill to decorate the wings instead of tulle. And I've done infill decorated earrings in the past, so I'm surprised I didn't think to try it sooner!
So I used that concept here and made the rectangles with 5 Wall Loops, no top or bottom solid layers, and then did Line infill. I wanted the infills to not match up perfectly, so I seperated out the layers and did 20% infill on the top, 19% in the middle, and 18% on the bottom. I've provided the file for this for those who want to try that. You can experiment with other infill types as well.
