Do any of your print profiles have a slightly thicker section where it joins/folds together? Printed one overnight and unfortunately when I went to get it off the plate, the sides came apart from the seams.
Tried to enlarge it a tiny bit but the folds I don't think will work the same way. Really cool design still, just wondered

check that you calibrated the printer well, the seam is 0.20mm thick, I have the opposite problem: I was considering making it thinner!
