Upgraded Inserts for Router Corner Jig -PARAMETRIC

I love the original design for the router jig, but had some improvements I wanted to make. This upload is for the insert revisions, but check out my other post for upgraded screws (which contains the Fusion file for people who want to create their own custom screws) and this post for stackable storage trays for the inserts. I modeled everything from scratch, but it is fully compatible with the original designer's components.

The original inserts swap between fractional inches and decimal inches depending on the size. I prefer decimal inches for design but occasionally use fractional for woodworking, so I designed these to have both decimal and fractional inches on the label. Additionally, I created a full set of Imperial/SAE and Metric inserts in 1/16" increments up to 1", 1/4" increments up to 1-3/4", and 5mm increments up to 45mm. Here's a complete list of the sizes in the file, with both fillet/radius inserts and chamfer inserts of each size:

The Fusion file is included in case anyone wants a custom insert that isn't included. The file has a parameter for “Radius” to edit the fillet/chamfer, but text has to be edited manually by editing the sketch titled “Label Text” since Fusion can't create text from a parameter.
