This zany face emoji was created as an exercise in sculpting in Fusion 360 and also to play around with gears and motion. Just your basic silliness. The pieces all fit together without glue or screws.

I've also provided a plain top gear stl if you'd rather use that instead of the ring.

Press the 2- 608 bearings into the gears (this might take some effort, as they are a tight fit), press the gears into place on the back panel, press the face onto the assembly, then attach the tongue.

The tongue was printed with a layer height of 0.08mm, while the rest of the model is printed at 0.28mm layer height.
