Description

A trigger made as an anti-stress tool.
All parts, outer shell, spring and trigger are molded together.
Numerous tests were carried out to find the right compression of the internal spring. I think he's in the right compromise. Fun and relaxing.

NOTE

I recommend using my print profile. Some parts print at different speeds.

The plunger is blocked originally, with a small internal stop, to avoid moving during printing. The first time you use it, you need to use more force to unlock the plunger. It has been noticed that black colored filaments are more resistant, which is why it is recommended to use colored filaments.

TIPS
Since the object is narrow and tall it is advisable to follow some precautions such as:
a) Use textured plates for better adhesion;
b) If you use smooth plates, use a glue stick or heat the plate to 50°C (ventilate the printing chamber well).

Accessory

Add an accessory to turn it into a key ring. With M6 connection to fit under your Push Trigger.

What type of filament did you use?

The first use must be a little hard to block the spring during the printing phase. I noticed that the hardness changes depending on the type of filament, brand and above all colour. Black is more difficult (but not impossible). Try another filament.

From the reviews and pictures I'm assuming the issues on my print are user/machine error. Very new to 3D printing, this was my 4th print. Also was the first one to give me any issues. As you can see in the picture little bits of plastic are protruding all over, and in the last 1-2 layers the print broke loose and gooberd the top I've cleaned the print up and it functions and it's breaking in, but it's a little crunchy. Bambu PLA basic in A1 hotend 220c bed 60c (I think) silent (50% speed) -whatever the stock settings are, and I printed from the app without editing anything. Any advise would be very much appreciated.

Hi, if the problem is caused by the print detaching from the platen, try: 1) Clean the plate well with IPA alcohol; 2) increase the temperature of the plate by 10 degrees; In some cases I use hairspray as an adhesive (no glue stick). For PLA i recommend the highest possible airflow (even if it makes noise), set the fan to 100%.

I'll try that next time I print this, thank you! I imagine some level of scratch or crunch is to be expected, but any idea why all those little bits got printed off the sides?

Hi, the creaking is due (it's a funny noise). I think the side pieces are due to: 1) little ventilation; 2) unsuitable print speed and hotend temperature ratio; 3) Incorrect retraction. If you used my print profile then the filament may be too wet. These are just hypotheses, I hope I helped you.
