I had same question. But i figured it out. Openscad have emoji font compatible with emojihub or getemoji. So it is basically text customisation.

dont work for me, i try to put emoji of that site you put here for us, but i get an error (Can't read font with path 'NotoEmoji-Regular.ttf')
