After being satisfied with the use of the silicone nozzle wiper, I decided to come up with a solution for the A1 range of printers as well. So now, after several test versions, I can present this improvement to you.

You will need all the printed parts (keep the recommended settings) and if you have the option, print the holder from ASA, PC, or PA6, but PETG will also work, heat resistant silicone (I used the proven TFC Silicone Rubber Type 3 HB Heat Resistant), dry PTFE spray (to apply to the mold for easy removal), a 4mm tipped syringe and 4 pieces of M3 screws with a minimum thread length of 18 mm.

Print the parts from the 3mf file (you can clone the parts as needed if you want more molds), assemble the mold according to the photo and apply spray before sealing. Fill the mold with well-mixed silicone free of air bubbles and let it harden according to the manufacturer's recommendations. Then disassemble both the bottom (one-notch) and the top (two-notch) mold and carefully remove the casting and clean it and chip off the inlet and outlet tip. Slide the finished silicone casting onto the holder in the correct direction (there is a small radius on the part that is in the mold at the bottom, it must be on the holder on the outer part). Now all that remains is to unscrew the original metal cleaner and screw in this new one instead.
