Thanks for the support!

UPDATE: I added a new print profile to be able to use the A1 heatbed wiper pad.  Thanks a lot to Bobelism for help testing!

This is for the A1 MINI and is a way smaller version from my previous model for the A1.  If you want one for the A1, see here for some variants.

Be sure to snap on the wiper starting with the bottom. Please watch the gif in the photos for how to attach so it goes on properly and doesn't break.  PLEASE, WATCH IT.

I kept having an issue with my A1 nozzle having little strings off of it when changing filament and after wiping.  So here is a wiper attachment for the Bambu Lab A1 Mini nozzle purge wiper.

See pictures and instructions below.  All you do is print it, pop on your new A1 Mini Nozzle Purge Wiper onto the purge attachment by inserting the bumps from the bottom into the screw holes, glue a cut piece of an A1 Mini or A1 heatbed nozzle wiper (important to pick the right print profile based on the silicone wiper pad you have), and enjoy!  See the GIF in the photos and below for an example.

Print with tree supports on build plate only for the couple of overhangs.

Attach the wiper from the bottom with the bumps in the holes, and then snap on the top. (example)

Glue a cut piece of an A1 MINI heatbed nozzle wiper or A1 heatbed nozzle wiper.  It's a tight fit since the tolerances in this area are so tight.

Enjoy!

perfect! cut one lenght with 8 and then take away 1mm on the bottom to make it not stick out to much on the nozzle. I also had merge issues with my poop box but i solved it with dremel.

Hello, I'm currently printing version 3 for the A1, why is the silicon block only single-row and not double-row, and do you really need to use 7 blocks? If you use 2x5 blocks and 1x4 blocks, you can use it more efficiently and get 3 parts out

for the mini, I was having initial problems with it getting knocked by the nozzle. so I wanted it wide enough to make sure it would say in place when the nozzle wiped by

But it's only a single row

maybe that didn't translate correctly, I meant long enough so it stays in the walls

Hi, is the row of 7 silicone bits supposed to sit flush with the top of the plastic holder? In the listing photos, the silicone bits sit almost flush with the white holder, but the black holder shows the silicone bits sticking up and past the plastic. Thank you

the key is really more about the nozzle when it wipes by. the bottom of the cut silicone should squeeze into the slot and sit in the gap. and when the nozzle wipes by, it should wipe on the silicone pad to get the stringers of filament off. does that make sense?

Looks like the silicone is soft enough for the nozzle to swipe by even if it sticks out. Boosted. Thanks

Can't seem to get a single row 7 beads of the A1 Mini Nozzle Wiper in there, seems to bulge out the thinner wall a ton and squish the inner 5. None of it sits remotely flush for me. Thoughts?

You'll definitely have to cut it thin and squeeze it in there. The mini has a tight space.

Do you cut the bottom more inward towards the bottom, I cut it flush and a bit inward, but no dice.
