roll occasionally falls off caused me to loose 14 hours of a print. otherwise great

Thanks for the feedback. Can you add a photo of the spool which falls off. I'm interested in what happened and how can I correct that.

yes I can. not home atm but I thing it needs a bottom lip as it was falling off from swinging off the bottom
