NEW AMS Riser V2 is released

This ist a Spool Holder Remix with Bearings for my AMS Riser Remix and the BLV - AMS Riser Spool Holder.
It fits in the Spool Holder Storage Slot in my AMS Riser Remix.

You need 2x 608ZZ Bearings. If you dont have Bearings at home you can print some. Search at Makerworld

Assembly is very easy

  1. First press the 2x Adapter in the Roller.
  2. Press both Bearings on the End of the Roller.
  3. Press the assembled Parts together in the Spool Holder Body.

New Mainbody Option
In the Raw Model Files Section you can find now an new Body for Smaller Spools
There is no Print Profile by myself, because i´ve never printed and tested it!

printed well, but a little wobbly, can have tighter tolerance at the joint

Can I ask wich barings did you use. Can’t find them wich fit.??

Hope its not too much to ask, but mini filament rolls have smaller hole diameter, about 40 to 50 mm. They dont fit in this roller, although I would love to use your design as I have your AMS riser. Do you think you can make a roller for smaller diameter version? Maybe something like the picture

Fitting the lugs into the roller required some force, but it works perfectly!

Nice print. The pins took a lot of force to insert into the roller, but I eventually got them seated in place.
