Adjustable Wireless Phone Charging Stand

Background

Standard wireless chargers don't have the magnetic feature like the iPhone's MagSafe charger. This often leads to the phone being misplaced during the night and not charging properly, leaving it dead in the morning. To avoid this inconvenience, I designed a wireless charging stand that ensures the phone is correctly positioned for charging every time. My previous design for the Huawei CP61 charger was fixed to a specific phone size. This new design features adjustable sizing to fit various phone dimensions.

Features

• Compatible with Huawei CP60 wireless charger.
• Horizontally adjustable to hold phones of different widths.
• Adjustable base to align the phone's charging area with the charger.

For compatibility with other wireless chargers, users may need to modify the model themselves.

Considerations

The stand can be printed without support, but due to variations in 3D printer models and materials, print tolerances may differ. Since the stand consists of many moving parts, it might require sanding after printing to ensure smooth movement.

Special Note

I'm a beginner in 3D printing and modeling, having recently acquired a 3D printer. This is my second project and my first attempt at designing with moving mechanical parts. There are still some areas for improvement, such as the lack of damping in the horizontal clamps and the less flexible base adjustment. If you find this model useful, please like or support my work. 可调大小的手机无线充支架

创作背景

普通的无线充电器并不像iPhone的Magesafe充电器那样，具有磁吸功能，所以在晚上进行手机充电的时候，经常因为手机放歪了而导致并没有正确的充上电，第二天早上彻底没电了。为了不想再体验这样的尴尬局面，于是我尝试设计了这样的一个无线充电器支架，手机放进去后，一定是正确的充电姿势。之前为华为CP61充电器设计的一款支架是固定手机大小的，本次设计则尝试了可调整大小的结构设计，可以适配不同类型手机尺寸。

特性

• 支持华为CP60型号的无线充电器的嵌入。
• 横向可伸缩，支持夹持不同宽度的手机。
• 底部也可以调整高低，能让手机背部充电感应区域对准充电器。

如要支持其它的型号的无线充电器，请大家自行修改模型了。

注意事项

可直接无支撑进行打印，但是由于3D打印机型号的不同或者打印材料的不同，都会造成打印公差的不同，由于这个支架是有很多活动零件组装而成的，打印出来后，很可能需要进行打磨处理，否则会导致活动的部位不是很灵活。

特别说明

我是一个近期刚入手3D打印机的新手玩家，对建模也是初学，本次是我的第二个作品，也是首次尝试了具有活动零件的机械结构设计。设计还存在着许多些不足的地方，例如横向的夹子拉动时缺乏阻尼感，底部的支撑调整起来不是很灵活等，都还存在不少改进的空间。如果您觉得本模型有用的话，请给我点赞或助力，后续我会努力设计出更好的作品。
