AMS Riser for P1S

耗时近一个月设计制作了这款能接入米家生态的智能主动散热增高架系统,从最初的硬件选择及接入米家APP测试成熟耗时许久。喜欢的朋友可以折腾起来了。

 

It took nearly a month to design and create this smart active cooling riser system that integrates with the Mi Home ecosystem. From the initial hardware selection to successful integration with the Mi Home app, the process took a significant amount of time. Enthusiasts who are interested can start tinkering with it now.

 

一、主要设想

解决封仓打印时仓温过高导致堵头跟打印质量下降问题,最初是机器与米家空气净化器结合,仓内置入米家蓝牙温度计2,实时监测温度状况,当达到预设温度值时自动开启空气净化器,使其强制降温。当温度降低到预设值时关闭空气净化器。当然,这个联动需要一个中枢设备,就是小米智能多模网关做桥接。

在稳定运行一段时间后发现还是需要打开仓门才能获得更多的进风量后,决定设计一款增高架来实现联动散热的目的。同时加入了照明功能。

二、连动逻辑

实现这个联动需要以下软硬件支持。

软件:米家

硬件:小米温度计2、小米智能多模网关、V5智能二键开关(Mesh)、小米空气净化器

Main Concept

The goal was to solve the problem of high enclosure temperatures during printing, which can lead to nozzle clogs and decreased print quality. Initially, the plan was to integrate the printer with the Mi Home air purifier. A Mi Home Bluetooth thermometer 2 would be placed inside the enclosure to monitor the temperature in real time. When the temperature reached a preset value, the air purifier would automatically turn on to force cooling. Once the temperature dropped to the preset value, the air purifier would turn off. This setup requires a central device, the Xiaomi Smart Multi-Mode Gateway, to act as a bridge.

After running this setup for a while, it was clear that opening the enclosure door allowed for better airflow. Therefore, I decided to design a riser to facilitate the cooling process and included a lighting function.

Integration Logic

To achieve this integration, the following hardware and software support are required:

Software: Mi Home app

Hardware:

  • Xiaomi Thermometer 2
  • Xiaomi Smart Multi-Mode Gateway
  • V5 Smart Dual Switch (Mesh)
  • Xiaomi Air Purifier

Smart Automation Setup

需要注意的是,关于仓温设置需要根据你打印机放置的位置来去调整。以我的打印机为例,我是放在阳台位置的,因为杭州夏天温度较高,有时候打印机不在工作时仓内温度较高就会激活空气净化器联动程序,如果跟我情况相似,可以适当调高激活温度数值。

"It's important to note that the enclosure temperature settings need to be adjusted based on where your printer is located. For example, my printer is placed on the balcony. Due to the high temperatures in Hangzhou during the summer, sometimes the temperature inside the enclosure can rise, triggering the air purifier's automation program even when the printer is not in operation. If your situation is similar to mine, you may need to increase the activation temperature accordingly."

 

三、功能展示

 

感应灯光开启,灯光与智能开关公用一个电源适配器,但是开关是独立运行的。两个互不干涉。

Feature Demonstration

Here's a demonstration of the features:

  1. Motion-Activated Lighting:
    • The lighting and the smart switch share a single power adapter.
    • However, their operation is independent, with no interference between the two.

This setup allows for independent control of the lighting and the smart switch, even though they share the same power adapter. It ensures convenience and simplicity in installation while maintaining separate functionalities for both components.

联动散热开启功能展示

以下是联动散热开启的功能展示:

温度监测与触发

  • 安装在打印机仓内的小米温度计2实时监测温度。
  • 当温度超过预设值时,触发联动程序。

空气净化器响应

  • 小米空气净化器根据温度传感器的信号自动启动。
  • 空气净化器工作以强制降低打印仓内的温度。

增高架照明协同

  • 在联动散热开启时,增高架上的照明功能可与空气净化器同时启动,提高使用便捷性。

通过以上功能展示,联动散热开启能有效控制打印机仓内的温度,提升打印质量并确保设备长时间稳定运行。

 

Smart Cooling Activation Feature Demonstration

Here is a demonstration of the smart cooling activation feature:

Temperature Monitoring and Trigger:

  • The Xiaomi Temperature Sensor 2 installed inside the printer enclosure monitors the temperature in real time.
  • When the temperature exceeds the preset value, it triggers the activation program.

Air Purifier Response:

  • The Xiaomi Air Purifier automatically starts based on signals from the temperature sensor.
  • The air purifier operates to forcibly reduce the temperature inside the printing enclosure.

Riser Lighting Coordination:

  • During smart cooling activation, the lighting function on the riser can start simultaneously with the air purifier, enhancing convenience.

Through this feature demonstration, smart cooling activation effectively controls the temperature inside the printer enclosure, improves print quality, and ensures stable operation of the equipment over an extended period.

散热网安装位置

我这里采取的方式是502去粘接。

The installation position for the heat sink mesh is where I used adhesive 502.

写在最后:关于散热量的问题,其实散热孔面积已经够用了,因为有空气净化器强制散热,形成负压,可以将热空气抽出来,冷空气从上方散热孔进入。个人觉得已经够用了。这套方案基于自己已经有很多小米的智能设备基础之上进行设计改造的,可能对于很多想尝试此方案的朋友门槛较高。适用于爱折腾的朋友,或者家里也有相似智能设备的朋友去使用。大家多多交流。

In conclusion, regarding the issue of heat dissipation, the area of the heat sink holes is already sufficient. With the air purifier facilitating forced cooling, it creates negative pressure to exhaust hot air while drawing in cool air through the upper heat dissipation holes. Personally, I believe it's already adequate.

This setup is based on modifying my existing setup with several Xiaomi smart devices. It may have a higher entry barrier for those interested in trying this approach. It's more suitable for enthusiasts who enjoy tinkering or for those who already have similar smart devices at home. Let's continue sharing and exchanging ideas.

谢谢你的认可,因为最初是给米家空气净化器增加进风量,所以只考虑了散热开启关闭。因为净化器产生的负压已经很大了,所以就没有单独在上面设计风扇位置^-^

我目前用的方案是筋斗云的过滤加上绿米的单路控制模块和机箱内放置一个绿米的温湿度传感器,实现高温联动开空调和打开筋斗云过滤器。看了你这个好想冲小米的啊!但是家里的都是绿米设备。
