This is a wider 6-blade replacement disc for Navimow i Series (e.g. i105e and i108e) I've found on another platform and decided to share with the Makerworld community. All credits go to the original author @Mouky.

Bill of Material

• 6 blades compatible with Navimow. I've used a kit bought on Amazon (ASIN B07R12FW5G - affiliated link https://amzn.to/4em68gi)
• 6x M4 x 12mm screws. I've used the ones included in the kit linked above
• 6 x M4 hot melt insert nuts

How to install it

1. Insert the 6x M4 hot melt insert nuts into the holes of the ring.
2. Remove the original disc
3. Install the new disc to the Navimow by using the original screws. Apply a thread-locking compound for additional safety.
4. Securely fasten 6 blades to the disc using 6x M4 screws. Apply a thread-locking compound for additional safety.
5. Ensure all components are properly secured before operating the lawnmower.
