Rotating Display Platform - Proposal Battle

 

求婚大作战!如果你想不落俗套,又不想在众人面前尴尬,那就用3D打印创造出属于理科男的浪漫吧!用我们的方式感动女主角,收获爱情的结晶!效果请看VCR:

(警告:本人结构设计能力很差,通过自学和不断试错,才创造出该设计件。该设计存在很多瑕疵,且需要额外打磨和材料辅助才能完成,难度较大,需要一定的嵌入式软硬件技术能力。)

(Warning: I have poor structural design skills. It took self-learning and continuous trial and error to create this design. There are many flaws in the design, and it requires additional grinding and material assistance to complete. It is quite difficult and requires certain embedded hardware and software technical skills.)

接下来对逐个模块框架进行详细解说:

基础骨架 -- Base frame

基础骨架用于支撑整体框架,表面使用 亚克力板 和 双面胶进行粘合,底部通过螺丝以及螺母锁紧,当前设计有两点问题:

  1. 骨架上的圆孔原是使用6mm磁铁与亚克力板吸合,但因为打印精度、成本、装配难度,最终选择双面胶进行粘黏。
  2. 下图骨架设计源于原失败滑轨门设计,推翻设计后,为节省材料,保留了原有结构。

原本设计为滑轨门,即从内部进退的滑轨门,但由于结构设计 和 内部空间缺陷,方案修

翻盖门形式。

 

The basic skeleton is used to support the overall frame. The surface is bonded with acrylic sheet and double-sided tape, and the bottom is locked with screws and nuts. There are two problems with the current design:

1. The circular holes on the skeleton were originally attracted to the acrylic sheet using 6mm magnets, but due to printing accuracy, cost, and assembly difficulty, double-sided tape was finally chosen for adhesion.

  1. The skeleton design in the figure below is derived from the original failed sliding door design. After the design was overturned, the original structure was retained to save materials (see the flap door article for details)

The original design was a sliding door, that is, a sliding door that moves in and out from the inside. However, due to structural design and internal space limitations, the plan was revised and changed to a flip-top door.

摇头灯及其翻盖结构 -- Shaking head light and Shaking head light flip door structure

一个摇头灯内部需要led灯珠,两个方向的270°SR92舵机进行旋转,底座使用S3003对摇头灯进行升降。

A headlight requires LED beads, two 270°SR92 servos in two directions for rotation, and a base using S3003 for raising and lowering the headlight.

 

 

舵机与摇头灯连接部分,如果由于精度问题无法塞入或松弛,使用美纹纸增加摩擦力。

升降架使用螺丝不应锁死,否则会过紧或过于松弛,导致结构摇晃或无法升降。

If the connection between the servos and the shaking head lights is too loose or too tight due to precision issues, use masking tape to increase friction.

The screw used for the lifting bracket should not be tightened too much, otherwise it will be too tight or too loose, causing the structure to shake or be unable to lift.

同时因为结构重心问题,我使用了弹力绳索将顶部和底部螺丝进行连接,保持上升过程中所需的松紧度,并且连接了翻盖门,用于翻盖关闭。

Also, due to the problem of the structural center of gravity, I used elastic ropes to connect the top and bottom screws to maintain the required tightness during the ascending process, and connected the flip door for flip closing

翻盖门 -- Flip door

翻盖门结构由翻盖门和支架组成,为避免因精度问题 和 打印幅面不足,做成独立模块,翻盖门中间圆孔可用于使用其他配件(如LED、烟雾装置等),翻盖门动力来源360°舵机。起到翻盖作用。

The flip cover door structure consists of a flip cover door and a bracket. To avoid accuracy problems and insufficient print format, it is made into a separate module. The round hole in the middle of the flip cover door can be used for other accessories (such as LED, smoke device, etc.). The power source of the flip cover door is a 360° servo motor. It plays a flip cover role.

 

中心光圈门 -- Center aperture gate

为在有限空间实现中心光门开启,采用光圈门设计,基于光圈门结构设计,并增加支柱装设360°舵机用于驱动,光圈门装配过程中需根据实际定位调整支柱位置,支柱下方使用破格螺丝固定。

To achieve the opening of the central light gate in a limited space, an aperture gate design is adopted, based on the aperture gate structure design, and a 360 ° servo motor is added to the support column for driving. During the assembly process of the aperture gate, the position of the support column needs to be adjusted according to the actual positioning, and the bottom of the support column is fixed with special screws.

中心圆盘 -- Center disk

 

中心圆盘由底座和圆盘组成,升降底座使用与摇头灯同款底座,需要S3003舵机进行升降驱动,圆盘中心位置预留了减速电机装配位置,使用连动杆连接圆盘进行旋转,圆盘分为三个部分,分别为底座,圆盘(求婚版),表面圆盘贴板,因为我没有多色打印(QAQ),所以采用笔涂水性漆颜料,圆盘上部中心位置 和 表面圆盘贴板纹路 上色,达到以上效果。中心文字可根据自行添加。

 

The central disc is composed of two parts: a base and a disc. The elevating base uses the same base as the headlight, which needs to be driven by an S3003 servo for elevation. A deceleration motor assembly position is reserved in the center of the disc, and the disc is rotated by connecting it with a linkage rod. The disc is actually composed of three parts: the base, the disc (proposal version) and the top disc sticker. Since I don't have a multi-color printing device (QAQ), I used a pen to apply waterborne paint to color the center of the disc and the texture of the top disc sticker, ultimately achieving the above effect. As for the central text part, you can add it as needed.

 

亚克力板--- Acrylic board

 

(底板矢量图,圆孔为M3螺丝孔)

网上定制亚克力板,共6块,顶面板 和 底板 是5mm厚度,侧面板厚度为3mm,如有需要会上传所需矢量图。

There are a total of 6 custom acrylic panels, with a thickness of 5mm for the top and bottom panels and 3mm for the side panels. If necessary, I will upload the required vector graphics.

结尾 -- Conclusion

综上所述,在使用整体材料和结构组件时,可能会因精度问题导致装配困难,因此建议使用小型电动打磨机进行打磨。在细节方面,我使用了 0.2mm 的喷头进行打印,打印材料是 PLA 和 PETG 的组合,但仅使用 PLA 也是可行的。

整个过程耗时约四个月,其中大部分时间都用于试错和重新设计。如除去这些时间并加上工作时间,预计完成从无到有的搭建大约需要一个月。

这个项目确实颇具挑战性,不过,如果你希望通过一份独特而不简单的求婚礼物来表达你的心意,那就放手去做吧!

In summary, when using the overall material and structural components, assembly difficulties may arise due to precision issues, so it is recommended to use a small electric sander for grinding. In terms of details, I used a 0.2mm nozzle for printing, and the printing material was a combination of PLA and PETG, but PLA alone is also feasible.

The entire process took about four months, most of which was spent on trial and error and redesign. Excluding these times and adding working hours, it is estimated that it will take about a month to complete the construction from scratch.

This project is indeed quite challenging, but if you want to express your feelings with a unique and not simple proposal gift, just do it!
