you may want to add a negative modifier (right click on the model and select add negative modifier and choose cylinder - scale the cylinder to 3mm x 3mm x 4mm high and move it to the centre of the black disc in his hand and it will leave a hole for the keychain) alternatively you will need to drill a hole for keychain
