I loved the low profile bed clamps I had found previously, but I could never get them to consistently hold tight. I recreated them using improved dimensions in CAD and tweaked them so they now hold a firm grip on the bed without any effort. I've included the STL's and STEP files for download. If anyone is interested I can also upload the RAW files if this gains traction.
Assembly is the exact same as the other low profile bed clamps using the M3 bolts and nuts.
Setup is easier due to a notch and protrusion that slots into the channel underneath the print bed, allowing the grip onto the bed to be much more secure.
Print in ABS or any other high temp material. I've had zero issues with ABS.
I recommend using a support in the counterbore on the top part, and just push it out from the other side after printing.
