Finding a filament clip should be easy for such a small piece of plastic. But after almost 2 years of 3D printing I didn't find the best one so I made The Perfect one :). My requests was:
I was inspired by this but I start from scratch adding some edges to the original idea for the filament to snap fit. This is my “Hello World” project in Fusion360.
Print info: 0.2mm layer or lower, 3 perimeters. Print one for test: if is too tie or too loose play with the flow. Different filaments have different tolerances.
I printed in PLA CF and tested with spools of PLA, PETG, FLEX, but I highly recommend to print in a tough material like PLA+, PETG or even better to reduce wear and tear.
