After a lot of trial and errors to remix and fit this Cable Organizer to my Macbook 30 W Charger, it finally fits PERFECTLY!

It needs supports to print, but with my 3MF file, it should be great!

I added an Apple Logo just for aesthetics and “30 WATT” text also!
