Description

The Thin Rip Jig from Saw-Mate didn’t fit on my DeWalt DWE7492 saw table—it kept slipping, and I had to resort to duct tape on the miter slider.

So, I designed a 3D-printed part to fix the issue. Created the slider in Fusion 360 and printed it in PETG with 80% infill. Used the original screws, and the part fits perfectly. When the knob is turned, the part expands and locks the thin rip jig in place. Unscrewing the knob allows it to slide smoothly in the miter rails.
