Description

Thin rip jig for the DeWalt DWE7492-GB table saw. Allowing measured and repeatable cuts, simple print and assembly.

 

Assembly:

Snap the Bearing onto the end of the body.

Glue the bolt into the base from the underside, locating into the recess.

Glue the nut into the knob, locating into the recess.

 

Insert the jig into your table saw, raise your blade and slide the body towards the blade until the bearing is touching a cutting tooth. Glue the arrow indicator into the body, aligning with the 0 mark.

Printed out well and makes a useful little tool. I tried paring it with the printable bearing.

I go to try one of this :) I make one change, i printed colors by heigh and i improved a lot the time and waste.
