This is a DIY magnetically attached LED bar for the Bambu Lab P1P & P1S.

Designed to replace the stock LED bar with a brighter, front mounted LED strip that is fully controllable via the front screen, Bambu Handy app, and your slicer.

I imagine this can also work with the X1, but you would likely need a longer cable and different connector. I do not have an X1 for testing.

Update: May 16, 2024 - Reduced the overall length by 50mm so the LEDs draw less power.
I'm working on an alternative version that will be powered via the internal USB, and retain functionality of the original LED bar.

Print settings are important. Designed for a 0.4mm nozzle at 0.16mm layer height and 3 wall loops.
Please use an included print profile or similar settings. Not tested with PLA.
The print profiles have (3) wire cover pieces but you only need (1).

• COB LED Strip. Variation: [320LEDs 8mm 5V, 0.5m] I found that Natural White is perfect. Not too “cool” and not too “warm”.

If you don't want to DIY, try the Panda Lux - I made this printed light bar as a fun project.
I didn't like the Panda Lux because the LEDs have a very eye-straining blue hue to them with no diffusion.
