Description

MODEL FIXED - USE DESIGNER PROFILE - Wasn't finding an easy to print model for ABS when looking for a desiccant drying tub for my Sunlu S1 dryer. This model utilizes no top or bottom layers and 50% triangle infill, along with diamond holes on the sides and bottom, to maximize moisture release. Enjoy!

looks like you have a partial clog. Did you use ABS? it’s not a model problem. please calibrate your filament and print settings. thank you for giving it a go and I hope you can get success. if you would like pictures of my settings please let me know.

Das Problem ist ein anderes, Wenn Du auf Objekte gehst, erkennst Du das die Wandlinien für das rechte Bauteil, auf der Platte, auf "0" steht. stell den Wert auf "8" und Du wirst sehen das es klappt.

It's not a partial clog - the slice even shows it to be printed that way, and a few other folks also get it (myself included). You'll see in my review i show the sliced object.

I'm not at it now (so phone screenies atm) , but watched it halfway through - using ASA, and it was coming out great and clean. I'll upload a final pic once it cools down and I put it together. The second piece came out weird (sending it via makerworld/handy). Loaded it in BStudio, and it shows it being weird in the print, too - using the downloaded profile. Not sure what's causing it. Still works fine, glued them together - and structurally will be fine. Just something about the sides of that one in the print profile. Probably wanna sort that before too many folks print this with the funky second half.

I really appreciate the comment and photos. What I discovered is that the Orca Slicer file was not converted properly, as it would have been with Bambu Slicer. Thank you for bringing this to my attention... also for some reason I am not getting notifications when I get messages, so pardon the delay. - Corey

Habs in ABS gedruckt, ging wunderbar, nur leider passt es in den S2 nicht perfekt, der Abstand der Rollen im S2 scheint ein andere wie im S1 zu sein. Aber egal ist trotzdem nutzbar.

won't fit the two rods inside of my S2, doesn't matter too much though, probably another revision than the uploaders

Would prefer if the sides had tabs to snap together.

I hear what you are saying, but why leave 4 stars? was there something wrong with how it printed? I appreciate the feedback.

it printed fine. The 4 stars is because it is good, but not all the way there. Friction fit tabs would be great but at the very least, a note in the description so people know they'll need some CA glue or other suitable adhesive for their print to be functional.

a little narrow, but fits well and no leaking from the vents!
