AMS Silica Backpack box / desiccant container for the niche behind the rollers

 

I think these popular Silica Dry Boxes for AMS are really brilliant and the last time I recharged Silica Beads I asked myself why there isn't a box for the niche behind the rollers yet? For example, one like this one here! 🤩😅 This Box fits perfectly into the niche, is easy to print, to refill and looks cool too! 🦾😎 The lid fits the box perfectly and is easily pushed in. It is securely held in place by a tab on the bottom. 😊

Print Instructions: 

Quality:

  • layer height: 0.2mm

Strength:

  • wall loops: 3
  • top shell layers: 0
  • bottom shell layers: 0
  • sparce infill density: 50% (for 3mm silica gel beads is top!)
  • only one wall on top surfaces: off
  • only one wall on first layer: off
  • sparce infill pattern: Triangles
  • Infill/wall overlap: 20%
  • Infill combination: off

Speed:

  • first layer: 20 mm/s
  • first layer infill: 50mm/s
  • outer wall: 200 mm/s
  • inner wall: 300 mm/s
  • small perimeters: 50%

⚠️Filament: PLA is good enough!

 

👌Just take a look at this video, here you can see how you can easily fill this Backpack with Silica and install in AMS properly! 😍👍

 

Cool funnels for AMS silica/dry pods:

These funnels are very easily put on instead of the lid (but specifically not as tight as the lid!) and stay on the pods by themselves and can be comfortably held together with the pod on the funnel handle! In addition, the pods can be easily filled to the brim because they are clipped on from the outside. 👌😍👍
Funnels for AMS Silica Backpack - just slide out the lid from the AMS Silica Backpack and slide this funnel instead - it fits perfectly to the AMS Silica Backpack and helps to fill this AMS Backpack with silica comfortably! 👌😉
