I added a brim and modified a few settings. I believe the Brim is necessary to prevent it from releasing from the bed mid-print.

You only need a 20mm wooden rod with the length you want. The wall mounts are printed without top and bottom layers. I printed with 10 lines wall thickness and the infill was 15% with double lines.
