This is a grinder cookie/puck I found on Printables. It's used to safely and ergonomically push stained glass sheets against the grinder bits.
I printed this with TPU 95A. I was concerned about printing the screw in TPU, but it turned out great!
I uploaded a separate print profile that contains a pause. I used this pause to switch TPU mid-print with PETG. This can't be done with AMS, because the AMS is not compatible with TPU filaments. I didn't have to change any settings for PETG and used the same calibration settings as my TPU filament:
