Two different lengths pool ball valve shut off T-handles. Made for larger valves shaft 20.2mm width, 23.2 length. Had to design new after the commercial ones snapped off due to UV and age. None of the available designs i found were for the larger ball valve shaft, and seemed too weak. I have two models one normal length handle similar length as commercially available (save filament or need clearance), and one longer for extra torque.

I designed and printed these with industrial strength in mind, i intended them to be able to deal with a lot of sun and weather and not break over time, as our pool equipment is currently exposed to weather. I printed them on P1S in Bambu Labs basic PetG, no supports needed and they came out fantastic. No stringing very impressed how well the Bambu Lab PetG did. They are tight going on, so they do not have slop that will wear them out, or allow them to fall off if vertical. I softened the top edge slightly for comfort, but not enough to need support.
