General
A pillbox with compartments to last for 4 weeks (4x7). I have tried to design it to be simple to print and in my humble opinion, it is. :)
You slide the lid to reveal one compartment at a time. The lid has a small “catch” to not slide out by itself and the box also a catch-dimple at the end, so you can access also the last compartment without the lid coming off.
I have printed it in 2 different brands of PLA and both matte and normal. Haven't had any issues. The lid is a pretty tight fit, it has a tolerance of 0.1mm between the slider slot and the lid. I haven't yet have a lid not fit on my X1C, but please let me know if any issues. Both parts print without supports. There is a small overhang on the lid for the grip, but I have printed a bunch and have 0 fails.
Printing
The main profile I print at 30mm/s first layer to be safe and also use a brim to prevent warping on the corners, mainly on the box. You can probably print without it though. All in all, no supports needed, simple print. I used 15% gyroid infill and happy with the robustness vs lightness.
Specifications
Box is 100x100x15mm (WxLxH) and the compartments are 20x10mm (WxL)
AMS / Multicolor
The numbers are as separate objects, so can easily be marked for different colors. Also quite flexible to paint it directly in slicer.
There is a box with numbers and a box without numbers, depending on what you prefer. I used numbers instead of letters for days, to not make it region/language dependant.
