AMS Silica Dry Box for Aqara Humidity Sensor
In addition to popular Silica Dry Boxes for AMS, I have now designed a remix for Aqara Humidity Sensor. This means your AMS filaments can be added to the Smart/Control/Home system and monitored very conveniently.
⚠️If you looking for the silica buckets with rectangle, round or Xiaomi Mi2 hygrometer - take a look HERE, in print-profiles you will find them!
🦾😊 This cool idea comes entirely from Maker Toby! He not only helped me with the design, but also tested the first prototypes and thanks to his cool feedback, the design turned out to be very precise and so beautiful! 😍 The very cool pictures also come from Toby. Print Instructions: (important settings for this filigrane model)
Quality:
- layer height: 0.2mm
Strength:
- wall loops: 2
- top shell layers: 5
- bottom shell layers: 3
- sparce infill density: 20%
Speed:
- first layer: 20 mm/s
- first layer infill: 20mm/s
- outer wall: 50 mm/s
- inner wall: 50 mm/s
- small perimeters: 50%
⚠️This model should be printed slowly and needs maximal cooling for a nice finish of grid - better place them close to AUX Fan and set this (after first 1-4 layers) to 70%. It is helpful to switch your Bambulab Printer from “Standard” Speed to “Quiet”.
Filament: PLA is good enough!
