Description

*To attach the module, use one of the securing screws that you removed when setting up the A1 mini.

The idea of the spool holder handle

I really liked the idea of the spool holder from Vsin because the original spool holder is used and you save space at the back. But the design was very practical and designed to save filament. But its basic design fits perfectly to combine it with a top handle. So I revised the design and added a handle.

It's better to print it out of PETG. With PLA the PTFE tube holder only lasted one day.

Thanks for your feedback, it hasn't happened in my case yet, but to avoid something like that, PETG might actually be better.

The same was for mine print used Bambu PLA Matte. Will try with PETG.

I took this part from the original because it never broke in my case, but feel free to give us feedback on how it works with PETG, otherwise we'll have to come up with a better solution. Update 3.5.24 - A modular version of the handle is now available where you simply swap the PTFE module and don't have to reprint the entire handle

printed 4 of these. super useful. in fact it convinced me to buy a new mini without AMS because of how much better filament flows. I still have my AMS with this handle as well. IMHO, this should be the default configuration of the A1 mini. have 2 to a friend who said it freed up enough space to add a 3rd mini. you might want a commission from bambú for selling more minis.
