Update: new step file added; shelf back plate, drawer plate, assembly part
Check out my other vertical expansion of UDS: Carry those drawers! (handle for Ultimate Drawer)
Introduction: The original ultimate drawer system is just so smooth that the drawer sometime slide out of the shelf.I noticed that there is a gap of around 6mm behind the drawers when fully enclosed.Therefore, I designed a magnetic lock for the drawers;
It consist of two major parts: magnetic backplate and magnetic drawer plate.

magnetic backplate: For now it only apply to 8U shelf (step file attached modify if you like). This backplate use the 4 wall mount 5mm holes to fix the plate on the shelf. What's more, just in case M5 screws are not available, here I designed a plastic part for locking the backplate. (print horizontally for better strength)
drawers' magnetic plate: In terms of the drawers' magnet plate, here is two options: one front magnet installation for stronger pull, the other is the back install version for magents' better protection. Just glue them to the back of the drawers.(Or you can modify the drawer model if you like, combining them together in the slicer is another way to go)

Magnets used here: 8mm * 1mm; backplate magnets can be scaled to as thick as 3mm for stronger pull (step file attached)
Empty drawers - up to 90 degree not falling out
Full of 304 screws - around 45 degree not falling out

Love this idea! Can you tell me which plate has the drawer backs vs ones that go inside the drawer? I'll need the ones on the back with my setup, but not sure which one to print!

Now I have reuploaded the profile all three plate is renamed. The first plate is a must which is the shelf backplate (make sure you use 8U), the second plate is the ordinary front magnet install of drawer backplate. Only if you want to protect the magnet you can print the thrid plate instead of the second.
