I started with a scan of an action figure. I then scaled it down to 28mm, sliced it, and added joints. Figure is articulated at neck, shoulders, waist, and hips. I duplicated and mirrored the right arm to also be the left arm because the fingers of the left arm would have been too fine and delicate to be usable.
I have included two sets of arms in the model: a pair of unarmed arms and then a right arm with an axe and a left arm with a shield.
Figure was printed at .06mm using a .2mm nozzle on an A1 Mini, using the .06mm Fine @BBL profile, with slim tree supports, then enabling “Silent” mode during printing.
