This is a keychain fake coin for shopping cart locks. You can take it out right after unlocking the cart.

The coin works for the Euro zone (Size is 1 Euro)

The original idea for the removable shopping cart coin is from atamah400h in this model.

Thanks to zockerstube_tv for the idea to combine a keychain shopping cart coin with a name tag.

Thanks to kerti to make pictures of the coin in use (seen below) with a shopping cart.

Using the coin

In order to use the coin,

1. push it into the shopping cart to release the cart
2. turn it sideways (check image below)
3. pull it out of the coin slot

Printing

In case you want the multicolored design, change the filament twice (white-red-white)

Customization using OpenSCAD

Use the latest OpenSCAD version and switch on textmetrics in options, as seen below:
Go via Menu 
Edit -> settings -> functions -> textmetrics
