Assembly Guide:

Preparing the Rail:

• Extrude and print the rail to the desired length. If the required length exceeds your printer's maximum print volume, print multiple sections. The scaling factor for achieving the total width should be 'target - 20mm for the endcaps'.

Connecting the Rail Sections:

• Use connectors and some adhesive to securely join the sections of the rail together.

Printing the Springs:

• Print enough springs to ensure a 3-4 cm gap between each spring along the full length of the rail. Therefore the connectors can also be used to ensure the distance between the springs.

Attaching the End Pieces:

• Duplicate the end of the rail and mirror it. Then, attach both ends to the respective ends of the rail.

Mounting to the Wall:

• Choose your mounting method:
  • For a less permanent attachment, use double-sided adhesive tape. Clean the wall surface thoroughly before applying the tape.
  • For a more permanent fixture, use screws. Drill holes into the wall, insert wall anchors, and screw the rail into place.

Final Check:

• Check all connections for strength and stability.
• Ensure the rail is securely fixed to the wall and ready for use.
