Well, here it is – and its size can be customized quick and easy by tweaking few parameters. However, I've already exported some variants which I guessed would be the most popular sizes.

To assemble the hinge insert a piece of filament from the left side and push it all the way in until it hits the end. Then just cut away any excess. If you like, you can secure the end with a bit of glue or leave 2mm of excess and use some heat to fuse it to the printed part.

Customizing

If you desire a different size, fire up Fusion360 and import the attached .f3d file.

The number of slots (together with the overall size) can be adjusted really quick by simply tweaking two to three parameters:

• SlotsX - the number of horizontal slots
• SlotsY - the number of vertical slots
• HingeUnit - controls the hinge's width. Depending on SlotsX you might need to tune this.

Further customization:

• Slots_Spacing controls the spacing between the slots
• Discsize controls the diameter of the discs. Don't forget to add a little extra tolerance to the actual disc diameter.
• Slotwidth controls the slots' width. Again, don't forget to add a little extra tolerance to the actual height of a disc stack.

A note on the used HueForge logo and remixing

As you might have spotted, I've embossed ‘HF’ into the lid in the style of the HueForge logo. I did explicitly ask @StephenLaveda_686551 for permission to use it and publish this model as the logo is under copyright. If you plan to remix this model including the logo, please do the same before publishing anything that uses the logo.
