Description

My cup holder adapter is designed to fit Stanley's, Yeti's, Hydrofask's and other comically large water bottles in your puny cup holders. There are various base sizes from 85mm to 65mm in diameter to fit inside various cup holders.

The TPU restraining tabs are optional but are required for any bottle too small to fit the 100mm inner diameter of the adapter. I recommend you add a dab of super glue to hold them in place.

If none of the available sizes fit your particular cup holder, post the diameter and depth of your vehicles cupholder and I will try to upload a variation that fits.

If your vehicle gets too hot, consider printing it in more temperature resistant material like PETG

X1C using PETG and TPU for the tabs. The 66mm base fit perfect in the Mercedes Sprinter van's useless skinny cupholders, which drive me crazy on every road trip. Thank you for making this design. You saved my sanity.

This is awesome! Any chance you could make a variation for the monster Yeti 1/2 gallon jug? I believe its 150mm in diameter? TIA!

I added the fusion file and a 3mf file for the 1/2 gallon jug! I removed the tabs, the slot for the side handle and messed with the dimensions to get a 45 degree slope so you can print the overhang without support. I parametized the model but, didn't design it to change the cup holder diameter so it's a bit difficult to modify. If you would like any other changes to refine it, let me know and I can give it a shot for you. I may upload this as another model specifically for the 1/2 gallon jug and another for the 64 oz stanley so any feedback would be appreciated! Thank you for downloading and printing my model!

Saved me the trouble of designing and submitting this. I literally want that comically large 64oz Stanley... I suspect this will accommodate that beast too?

I don't have one myself to check, but the Stanley website says the 64oz Quencher has a diameter of 123mm. The current inner diameter of all the files I have published is only 100mm. The CAD file I designed is parameterized so I can easily make a variation for you though! If you are able to give me measurements for the 64oz Quencher and the size of your cup holder, I will upload one!

I have a Stanley 64oz tumbler with a handle and I want to put in my jeep cup holder which is about 85 mm across. Will any fit that

How small is too small with the tabs because my water bottle is about 81.5 mm so I don't know if it will fit tightly in the 100 mm top
