Description

These are my multipurpose jars for spices, salt, pepper or any other small things!

There are 2 different lids, one for spices and one without hole.

The model consists of: 3 parts, jar, lid and plate with different holes

Tools needed: allen key for m3, small pliers, a drop of your preferred glue

additionqal parts needed for each jar: stainless steel flathead screw with hex drive M3x10 1pcs., M3 nut 1pcs.

Assembly instructions:

You can edit the text for the label in bambu studio. Simply use my print profile and edit the text of the label.

Glue the label with a small drop of your preferred glue to the jar.

I personaly use “UHU Hart” glue to glue pla parts together. It works best for me and leaves no residues.

Now you can screw the plate to the lid with the M3 screw and nut.

Recommended filament: PLA

Hotend: 0,40mm

Print instructions:

  • layer height 0,20mm
  • 3 wall loops
  • enable “detect thin walls”
  • top/bottom shells 4 layers
  • top/bottom shell thickness 0,80mm
  • sparse infill 12%
  • sparse infill pattern “gyroid”

Before printing, make sure your build plate is clean and apply some adhesive. Wash the build plate with oil free soap and wipe it off with some paper towels. For build plate adhesion, apply a thin, even coat of your preferred adhesive. I repeat the process every 5-6 prints.

Bad build plate adhesion is not related to the model.

Awesome model. Printed with A1 and used Bambulab PLA matte orange & basic black. Modified it a bit, so I have it's name on the lid :)

I am currently printing small ones. About rack, I just need to look on some options. Since I still don't even know where it will end 😁 I asked just for some tips.

I used a small wood screw instead of the one suggested, and it came out great.
