*** Please note that this model is not compatible with Bambu Lab refills due to the thinner width of the refill. ***
Yes! Another Bambu Lab Spool remix!
With this new model, you can create either a multi-filament spool or a wider spool. You could even attempt to set a Guinness record for the largest 3D-printed spool, although it may not be the best idea.
You need at least one Side A for a spool. Then you can attach as many Side B as you want.
I put in folders SideA and SideB the parts with different widths. So if you need a spool of 60mm, Combine a Side A of 30mm and Side B of 30mm.
Here is the way I named the files: Side_s_Dxxx_Iyy_Wzz
S is for the side. So be sure to print at least one Side A to link your side(s) B.
XXX for the outside diameter
YYY for the inside (the barrel?) diameter.
ZZZ for the width. The width includes everything except the part that will be imbricated on the other Side. So a Side A of 30m, plus a Side B of 40mm will create a spool of 70mm.
In the folder “Dual Filament Spool for AMS”, you will find parts needed to build a Dual-Material spool that fits in the AMS system. Like the photo.
You can modify the sizes for the spool in 360 without being a pro. Just follow the instructions:
