After using lots of the options available, I needed to make one.
The clamp type is my favorite because those in a single piece stresses the PLA and after some time the filament breaks.
Added a grip at the tip of the screw that rotates freely and firmly hold the filament in place, the curved outside gives strength and uses less filament.

The file is in STL and in the best orientation.
0.2mm layer height, 3 walls and 0% infill will give you a strong useful piece.
Twist the grip to make it loose and rotates freely.

Had some problems with the clamp body getting loose on the first attempt. Second attempt with a brim went flawless.

They work great and have not failed to hold my filament in-place yet. Used Bambu Basic PLA Green

OMG. Where were these after all the filament wasted on the ones I tried before. Printed in Bambu PLA and came out nice. Thanks for the share!

prints super nice, thread is very well designed and the screw starts easily. Only downside is the slot for the filament being in the screw so it rotates when you are tightening it and sometimes makes aligning the filament properly quite tough. The best screw type filament clamp I ve tried to date though

It seems there might be a misunderstanding. The tip of the clip is intentionally designed to rotate freely to prevent the filament from twisting. After printing, you simply need to twist the grip to break it free, allowing it to rotate as intended. If it's too tight you can try using pliers and gently twist it a little bit side to side, and it should come loose without breaking.

the idea is good, but the screw is loose, it seems to be thinner
