Description

I have made my previous model compatible with Xtouch with sdcard slot, holes for back buttons and access holes for the temp sensor. Mount now is a ball mount and has channel for the cable. You need to superglue the ball part to the arm part. Made it a separate part for printing ease.

There are two versions ; For one, you'll need two 3x4x5 heat inserts and two m3x6 screws for the other you just need m3x6-8 screws.

Hi @Tack3D, thank you for the XTouch update. I like the implementation very much! I have a question about the cable management. Am I seeing this correctly, that the cable can be routed through the mounts and thus through the Bambu Lab opening? In your picture, you are routing it through the open top. So I am a little unsure right now. Also, I wanted to ask if you think it is possible to create an additional version with magnets based on this idea (https://www.printables.com/de/model/587930-p1p-touch-soporte-pantalla-con-imanes).

Yes I can do with magnets. Any specific size? Is 6x3 fine ? or 8x4 ?

as for the cable management; you need to pull the micro usb side from inside to up to outside before attaching this to the printer then you can use the slits to slide in the cable then attach the base to the printer. After that you can route the cable thru the notch up in the arm then to the screen
