This box is a functional organizer focusing on

easy use, clean mechanics, and reliable 3D printing

Compared to the AAA version, this model's compartment layout is adapted

and optimized for AA batteries

🧠 Design Philosophy

The model functions as a grid and stacking system:

 • Batteries are placed in individual compartments

 • Internal dividers hold them neatly in place

 • Multiple boxes can be securely stacked

Design specifics:

 • Grip recesses are deliberately designed large

 • the compartment structure ensures overview and stability

 • the stacking system interlocks precisely

👉 Focus was on:

 • easy operation

 • reliable function

 • stable construction

 • print-optimized geometry

📏 Important Parameters

 • Wall thickness: 2 mm → stable construction

 • Dividers: 1.2 mm → light and stable

 • Base: 2 mm → stable stand

 • Gap: 0.4 mm → important for stacking

🖨️ Print Settings (tested)

 • Layer height: 0.20–0.28 mm

 • Infill: 10–15 %

 • Walls: 3–4 lines

 • Top/Bottom: 4–5 layers

 • Seam: Rear

✅ Support

 • minimally necessary

 • only for the large grip openings, optionally additionally on the bottom edge

 • 👉 Rest of the model is support-free

⏱️ Print Duration

 • Main part: approx 2 hours depending on print settings

 • Additional part(s): not applicable

 2. Plate - without text

👉 Recommendation:

Select both variants as needed and print separately

🔧 Customizability

 • The model is optimized for the given size

 • Scaling is not intended as it may affect functionality

 • Critical areas are:

  • Compartment layout

  • Stacking system

👉 For best results, the model should be printed unchanged
