AAA Battery Box – stackable – STACKBOX
This box is a functional organizer with a focus on
ease of use, clean mechanics, and reliable 3D printing
Compared to the AA version, this model has an adapted compartment layout
and is optimized for AAA batteries
👉 Ideal for organizing AAA batteries in everyday life or in the workshop
✨ Features
• 24 separate battery compartments
• neat sorting in rows and columns
• large grip openings for easy handling
• stable stacking system with lip and foot
• rounded outer edges for better haptics
• stable construction (2 mm wall thickness)
• optimized for printing with minimal support
🧠 Design Concept
The model works as a grid and stacking system:
• Batteries are placed in individual compartments
• internal dividers keep them neatly in position
• multiple boxes can be securely stacked
Design specifics:
• Grip recesses are intentionally large
• the compartment structure ensures clarity and stability
• the stacking system interlocks precisely
👉 Focus was on:
• easy operation
• reliable function
• stable construction
• print-optimized geometry
📏 Important Parameters
• Wall thickness: 2 mm → stable construction
• Dividers: 1.2 mm → light and stable
• Bottom: 2 mm → stable base
• Gap: 0.4 mm → important for stacking

• Layer height: 0.20–0.28 mm
• Infill: 10–15%
• Walls: 3–4 lines
• Top/Bottom: 4–5 layers
• Seam: Back
✅ Support
• minimally necessary
• only for the large grip openings, optionally also on the bottom edge
• 👉 The rest of the model is support-free
⏱️ Print Time
• Main part: approx 2 to 2.5 hours depending on print settings
• Additional part(s): not included

This model includes several variants:
1. Plate - with text
2. Plate - without text
👉 Recommendation:
Select both variants as needed and print separately
🔧 Adaptability
• The model is optimized for the given size
• Scaling is not intended as it may affect functionality
• Critical areas are:
• compartment layout
• stacking system
👉 For best results, the model should be printed unchanged

The design is engineered to require minimal support
