💡 Print Settings & Support Optimization
As with the other versions—but especially important for this Large model due to its increased contact area—support management is the key to a professional result:
⚠️ Pro Tip: Surface Finishing To ensure the underside of the grip is perfectly smooth and comfortable to the touch:
- Enable Smooth Support Interfaces (or Top Interface) in your slicer.
- Machine Tuning: Adjust your Top Z distance and use a high interface density. Fine-tuning these settings for your specific machine will prevent scarring and ensure a "clean" surface immediately after support removal.
Recommended Settings:
- Material: PLA+ for rigidity, or PETG-CF for an incredible industrial look.
- Layer Height: You have the choice :).
- Infill: 12 to 20% (Gyroid) for excellent strength without wasting filament.
- Walls: 2 to 3 perimeters.
