💡 Recommended Print Settings

For the best results, I suggest the following parameters:

  • Material: PLA+ or PETG (for a balance of durability and slight flexibility).
  • Layer Height: 0.08mm, 0.12 or 0.16mm (to ensure smooth ergonomic curves).
  • Infill: 10-15% Gyroid for an excellent weight-to-strength ratio.
  • Walls: 3 perimeters for optimal structural rigidity.

Printed in TPU for more flexibility and to avoid scratches. Manually added support for the bottom part of the grips as the tpu couldn't manage the overhang. Came out great! :)

This looks great! Can you share your TPU settings? I get so much stringing and layer lines on my P2S with TPU that has been dried at 65 C for 8 hours.

can upload it tomorrow :) I used Bambulab's AMS-TPU which is rather hard, so I think that also helped the most with stringing. Additionally, the filament was opened 2 days ago and dried in the AMS for 12hrs beforehand (55°C because paired with pla). Mainly changed infill to 10% gyroid and the supports' z-distance I think.

it does not. It fits very snugly as-is on the Thor without the shell

Very nice design and fits well in the hand, but unfortunately the grip hurts the palms as it is not rounded at the front
